What is Listing Agreement?During the time of listing securities of a firm on a stock exchange (NSE,BSE), the firm is needed to enter into a listing deal with the exchange. The listing agreement describes the conditions and terms of listing and also the disclosures which shall be created by a firm on a continuous-basis tothe exchange.
