UTV Software Communications’ stocks increased more than 16%

UTV Software Communications’ stocks increased more than 16% at the beginning of trade, reaching the 52-week high of Rs1,050, following the firm’s board has authorized a idea from promoter Walt Disney Company, South-East Asia_to delist stocks of the company from all “stock-exchanges”.

The delisting is going to be at a cost not going above Rs1,000 a share and also the offer will be made_in accordance to the regulatory_norms, it mentioned in a statement
