Stocks of PVR fallen by 4%, to touched the day’s lower of Rs120.50, following the share turned ex- dividend today, (Oct 04, 2011), for a special interim dividend of Rs4 for each stock for the yr closing March 2012.

Ahead of turning ex- dividend, the share provided a dividend_yield of 3.19% according to the closing price of Rs125.30 on Oct 03, 2011. PVR had announced the special interim dividend to reward its share holders on reaching a landmark of 150 screens.
