Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd recent ipoSatluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd (SJVN Ltd previously known as (NJPC) Nathpa Jhakri Power Corporation Private Limited) announced its initial public offering (IPO) open on Apr 29, 2010 and would remain open for subscription till May 03, 2010. The company issue 41, 50, 00,000 equity shares. Price range is Rs.23 (lower level) to Rs.26 (higher level). Face value is Rs 10. It is a joint venture of the GOI (Government of India) and the GOHP (Government of Himachal Pradesh). Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd incorporated on May 24, 1988 to plan, investigate, execute, operates, organize and maintain Hydro-electric power projects.

Government of India is a majority Promoter holds 75% of the paid-up share capital. Government of Himachal Pradesh holds remaining 25% of the share capital.

Market Lot is 250 and Minimum Order Qty is 250.
