Retail Investors To Get 5per cent Discount in ONGC Follow-on Public Offer

ONGC FPO DiscountRetail investors planning to invest in ONGC FPO (follow-on public offer) can look toward a discount of 5per cent. ”, the firm has been moving for a maximum allowable limit of discount-to retail=investors and several reservations at the discounted price’s for the staff.

The govt proposes to divest 5percent of its share in ONGC which will decrease its stake in the firm to 69.14per cent. The govt wants to mop up Rs 10,800 cr via the FPO, anticipated to hit the market in March.
