Repro India acquires Macmillan’s Printing Operations in India

With reference to the earlier announcement dated 14 July, 2011 about Repro India acquires Macmillan’s Printing Operations in India,the company has declared that the it has established a subsidiary Firm by name Repro Innovative Digiprint Pvt. Ltd for the purpose of acquisition of the India Printing operations of MPIL for a consideration of Rs. 42.5million excluding Land and Building which has been leased by MPIL to Repro Innovative Digiprint Pvt. Ltd ( subsidiary of Repro India Ltd).

The deal between MPIL and Repro_Innovative Digiprint Pvt. Ltd for the Business Shift was implemented on 16 August, 2011 and is useful from that date.

Also executed was the Contract entailing servicing the print requirements of MPIL in India by Repro_India Ltd. Under the arrangement, MPIL will outsource the printing of their education books to Repro_India Ltd translating into a business of over Rs. 250 Cr over the upcoming 7 years
