Power Trader PTC India Intends To Start The IPOPower trader PTC India intends to start the IPO of its financial-services unit through the midst of next month, its chairman mentioned, a signal that companies are still positive about investor appetite in spite of a weak run in the markets this current year.

The firm’s possessing in PTC India Financial-Services (PFS) will decrease to 60percent following the Initial public offering from 77.6percent right now, T.N. Thakur informed reporters on Thursday.

GS-Strategic Investments, Macquarie India Holdings and a unit of Goldman Sachs , a unit Macquarie Group Ltd, every keep 11.20percent of PFS.
