ONGC Short Listed 6 Merchant Bankers

ONGC shareThe Dis-investment Department as well as ONGC have collectively shortlisted 6 merchant banker’s to handle the sale of 5percent Govt equity in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation . The Govt is planning to mop up in between Rs 13,500 cr to Rs 18,000 cr from the stake sale, that will occur via a follow-on public offering (FPO).

The final-appointment letters for the 6 book-running lead managers will be sent by the Disinvestment-Department following the Finance-Minister, Mr.PranabMukherjee, approve the short listed names.
