ONGC Has Started Again Oil And Gas ProductionONGC has started again oil and gas production it stopped earlier on Friday following a pipeline leak triggered a milelong leak off Mumbai’s coast, the firm mentioned in a statement.

The staterun explorer had close gas and oil wells along with other facilities connected to the Mumbai Uran Trunk (MUT) pipeline which sends crude from the Mumbai High area, Indias largest oil generating block, as a safety measure and change supplies to the ICPHeera Uran Trunk-pipeline.

The leakage triggered a loss of several 25,000 barrels that created an oil leak around 80 kms off the Mumbai coast, the firm mentioned.
