June’s gross FDI inflow of $64 mn — a development from the $50 mn touch last year but well beneath May’s $161 mn — increased the 1st half tally to $779 mn, increase 16.4percent from the equivalent 2010 period.

“The reputable development reflected good investor sentiment as the nation’s macroeconomic basic principles continued robust between a back drop of a moderating and unequal worldwide outlook,” the BSP mentioned in a report.
