ITC Limited has bought the whole shareholding of Russell Credit Limited

ITC Limited has bought the whole shareholding of Russell Credit Limited. (totally managed subsidiary of the Firm) in Wimco Limited. (Wimco), comprising 9,12,38,170 equity stocks of Rs. 1/- each (i.e. 96.825% of Wimco’s equity stock capital).

Therefore, Wimco has turned into a direct subsidiary of the Firm with effect from Sep 29, 2011.
