Indian Bank FPO In June 2011Indian Bank Follow on public offer will hit capital market by June 2011, T M Bhasin Chairman of the Indian bank mentioned ,

The bank will increase Rs 1600 cr through Follow on public offer and will dilute equity by 10 percent. It will file draft red herring prospectus by April 2011, Bhasin informed.
