IGSL (Inventure Growth and Securities) IPO was subscriped 3.90

IGSL (Inventure Growth and Securities) IPO was subscriped 3.90_times and received bids for 2.73 cr stocks by 16:00 IST on 22 July 2011. The firm had provided 70 lakh stocks in price_band of Rs. 100 to Rs. 117 for each share.

Ratings companies Fitch Ratings-India as well as ICRA have allocated an Initial public offering grade 2 to IPO of IGSL. Major part of the Initial public offer proceeds will be used as_an finance in one of the-subsidiaries Inventure Finance as well as for enhancing longterm working capital needs.
