Goodwill Hospital has filed DRHP (draft red herring prospectus) with the market regulators Securities and Exchange Board of India for its IPO (initial public offering ) of Rs 62 cr with one detachable warrant per equity stock offered.

The firm proposes to invest issue proceeds for establishing of diagnostic centre at Faridabad, polyclinics establishment and repayment or prepayment of loan. Approximated cost through the firm is at Rs 49.28 cr.

For that duration of 8 months ended on Nov 2010, the firm reported consolidated net gain of Rs 8.28 cr on total revenue of Rs 29.82 cr. For financial yr 2009-10, it had placed net gain of Rs 2.75 cr on complete revenue of Rs 22.91 cr.
