GAIL India may buy Asian Development Bank’s 5.2% share in Petronet LNG

According to media information, GAIL India may buy Asian Development Bank’s 5.2% share in Petronet LNG for about Rs600 crore (as per present price it would be approximately Rs600 crore). Presently the promoters – GAIL, ONGC, IOC and Bharat Petroleum Corporation hold 12.5% each in the firm, while Gaz De France holds 10% share in the firm.
