Forex Reserves Increased Modestly Through $243 mln While In The Week Ended FebForex reserves increased modestly through $243 mln while in the week ended Feb. 4 due to a drop in the worth of gold in reserves.

The most recent figures revealed through RBI on Friday display that the complete forex reserves, including gold and special drawing rights increased $243 mln to hint $299.41 billion during the week ended Feb . 4.

Although forex assets increased $793 mln, the cost of gold in reserves dropped $546 mln during the week. The worth of SDR as well as reserve capital with IMF dropped $3 mln and $1 mln, respectively, during the week.
