Fatpipe Networks India announced its initial public offering

NSE ipo- Fatpipe Networks IndiaFatpipe Networks India- announced its initial public offering (IPO) open on June 7, 2010 and would remain open for subscription till June 9, 2010. Price range is Rs.82 (lower level) to Rs.85 (higher level).

The company products are used in Internet related and other networking activities. Fatpipe Networks is a Chennai-based inventor and multiple patent holder for router clustering technology. Company plan (prepare) to raise Rs 49 cr through this issue and utilize the proceeds for expanding its product line and improved R&D(research and development) activities.

Fatpipe is also planing to establish 16 new marketing offices across the globe.

Market Lot is 70 shares and Minimum Order Qty is 70 shares, Issue Type is 100% Book Built.
