BS TransComm Has Expanded Final Date Until Oct 13

towers for telecommunicationTelecommunication and power sectors towers manufacturer, BS TransComm has changed the price band of their IPO (initial public offering) to Rs 247-257 compared to it’s previous price band of Rs 257-266 a share, as a result of poor response from investors. The IPO issue has been subscribed .58 times to date, according to the NSE website.

BS TransComm has expanded the final date for subscription until Oct 13 from Oct 8, 2010 according to a circular available on BSE web site.The firm is providing 76,79,410 equity stocks through the initial public offering.
