Bosch increased following strike cancel

Bosch increased following the firm mentioned that the tool down strike through union as well as workmen of their Bangalore factory has been cancelled with effect from Oct 13, 2011.

Bosch mentioned that the unlawful strike by employees was cancelled following the issue of prohibitory_order from Karnataka state govt on Oct 12, 2011, that was followed by an un-conditional letter to stop the strike through the union to the firm. The factory processes are actually started again from Oct 14, 2011, starting with the 1st shift of manufacturing, the firm added.

About 2,500 employees at Bosch had started strike late Sept opposing the firm’s conclusion to outsource a few non-core production and support processes.
