Avantha Power and Infrastructure ipo Avantha Power & Infrastructure Ltd is entering into the capital markets with an initial public offering, The IPO issue open on Oct 11, 2010 and end on Oct 14, 2010, Avantha Power & Infrastructure raise nearly Rs 1250 Crore -through the IPO issue , The price band for that issue and Fase value come later.

Avantha Power and Infrastructure is the Part of the Avantha Group, which is a power generating company, Avantha Power expects to possess overall installed ability of 3,911 MW when all of it’s projects under implementation and development begin commercial operation.Avantha power plant as well as gas plant’s are situated at Ballarpur and Bhigwan in Maharashtra, Yamuna Nagar in Haryana, Sewa in Orissa and Malanpur in Madhya Pradesh.

The proceeds of ‘ Avantha IPO ‘ will be utilized to partially funding the cost of development and construction of Chhattisgarh Power Project Phase and Madhya Pradesh Power Project Phase. The equity stocks of the firm are planned to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

Axis Bank Limited , Enam Securities , Citigroup Global Markets India , Kotak Mahindra Capital Company ltd are book running lead managers for Avantha Power and Infrastructure ltd IPOs.
